Ground Beef

I have a love/hate relationship with ground beef. It's great to cook for chili, tacos, and hamburger helper (on those days that I need help), but it seems as though half the time it goes bad. So, it's terribly frustrating when I forget about it and then forget to freeze it. So, this week, it happened again. I had high hopes of making my shepherd's pie again but when I finally got around to checking out my ingredients, the ground beef was bad. Bummer!! But again, after 4 Dr visits since Saturday, I'm grateful to still have my sanity.
